WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All orders made within Australia are sent via Australia Post FREE if you would like express post you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee of $10.00. and are sent from Perth, Western Australia. For orders made from Metro areas, please allow up to 3-5 business days. For orders made from Rural areas, please allow up to 4-7 business days for your order to arrive.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
USA & CANADA - Flat Rate of $25.00AUD / Express of $45AUD
EUROPE - Flat Rate of $30.00AUD / Express of $50AUD
Once your package has been sent you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Please allow between 7-21 business days for standard and 3 -7 days for express.
Please ensure that all orders are sent to a secure address. Please note that our postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kenni & Kai is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We will happily accept returns for exchange or credit of any purchase (excluding sale items), provided that items are in original condition, with hygiene stickers attached. Items that are not in original condition, or which have been marked, worn, damaged or washed, will not be accepted. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All returned items must have original sanitary stickers, liners and tags attached and must be returned in the original packaging. Customers wishing to return items must do so within 14 days of receiving the items. Kenni & Kai cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given credit. To exchange an item, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with details for exchange. Please be sure to include your full order details and reason for exchange in your email. Customers must include a receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item for exchange or credit. Kenni & Kai does not cover return postage costs and you must include a prepaid postage satchel for your exchange to be posted back to you. (if you do not include pre paid postage with your exchange it will be returned to you via regular post and we will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed exchanges sent in this manner) We recommend sending returns via registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
In the rare event your find a fault with your Kenni & Kai swimwear, please contact us immediately with a report and photo if possible. We will then determine the best course of action. When returning an item please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a full description of the fault. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund, replace or repair the items. Please note that this does not include normal 'wear and tear' of items. Replacement items will be subject to availability. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a credit to use on a future Kenni & Kai purchase.
